Our patient may be 69 years old, but he does not look or feel it! Goals: Decrease platysmal banding (along the neck) and neck skin laxity! What was done? Deep Plane Neck Lift with platysmaplasty (a technique done to increase the definition of the neck from the angle of the jaw to the chin) to the hyoid bone (a bone found in the root of the tongue, in the front of the neck) and liposuction to his jaw/neck) to contour!
